The Summertime Soiree’ kicked off a campaign to support the Fall programs that we are offering to our EmpowHer Girls. As part of the EmpowHer Academy curriculum in Life Skills, EmpowHer Institute just kicked off a campaign this week to raise $10,000 to help train our girls in social etiquette so they are confident in social situations to connect with those who are role models and bridges to their future. The goal is to provide hands-on experience for 150 underprivileged teen girls who will participate in a formal luncheon setting with their mentors at the Magic Castle in Hollywood. This will be a ‘first’ for these girls and will be a memorable moment that will last a lifetime. EmpowHer’s goal is to reduce the high school dropout rate for low-income middle and high school girls who are at risk of educational failure due to teen pregnancy, truancy, and juvenile delinquency. You can help by making a donation of any amount at: GIVE to make sure that all of our girls get to participate in this fun and elegant setting as they learn how to conduct themselves and how to network as future leaders of their class and community.
The girls in this pictures are a composite of the girls in our program who are hungry for exposure and the opportunity to learn things that many are not exposed to in their everyday lives. Join us and let’s make it happen for the them! Donate
